Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator in Minnesota to efficiently sort, load and unload freight on a non-climate-controlled dock. You’ll operate pallet jacks and forklifts, secure cargo inside trailers and scan shipments using handheld devices.

This role requires being at least 18, basic math, the ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends, with pay ranging from $24.37 to $29.93 per hour and benefits for those working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available for varied shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools.
• Maintain safety and follow company policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock that is not climate-controlled.
