Subway Godfathers Harts is seeking a Food Service Manager to operate a clean, safe, and profitable branded food service operation in Harts, WV. The role focuses on hiring, training, coaching, and enforcing company policies while ensuring high standards of food safety and customer service.

The position requires managing schedules, monitoring costs, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Evening shift experience and strong leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train for, and manage all employees.
• Communicate and enforce handbook and Company policies.
• Provide employee coaching and document progressive discipline when required.
• Schedule labor in accordance with federal wage and hour regulations.
• Schedule Assistant Manager when Manager is not on duty.
• Ensure food service area and equipment are clean, secure, safe, and maintained.
• Enforce uniform and dress code as outlined by the branded concept.
• Ensure staff have Food Handlers cards.
• Inventory supplies and order products as necessary.
• Ensure food items and portions meet branded regulations.
• Monitor and minimize waste; record and dispose of waste properly.
• Conduct weekly inventories to measure food costs relative to sales.
• Understand and execute all security and emergency protocols.
