Job summary

SUBWAY in Morgantown, WV seeks a Sandwich Artist to serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner and promote the SUBWAY brand while upholding hygiene standards. The role involves food preparation, cash handling, stocking, and assisting the General Manager with daily store operations.

The position offers part-time and full-time hours with opportunities for advancement and a focus on customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Store merchandising and inventory handling
• Receive deliveries and check in stock
• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
• Follow Food Code, ensure hygiene and safety standards
• Maintain food storage and prep areas per Health & Safety audits
• Conduct temperature checks and record as required
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Loss prevention: prevent theft and secure cash/assets
• Cashier operations: count end-of-shift monies and safe-drop
• Provide a safe work environment and follow safety procedures
• Maintain high personal presentation in uniform
• Team member collaboration and training compliance
