Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions including some calculations.
• Basic knowledge of attractive food service, sanitation, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve salads and desserts using standardized recipes.
• Set up trays quickly and accurately according to posted menu.
• Place foods and utensils on trays for residents.
• Deliver carts with food trays to resident areas and assist with tray distribution.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniform.
