Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions including some calculations.
• Basic knowledge of attractive food service, sanitation, and safety.
• Manual dexterity required to operate modern office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve salads and desserts using standardized recipes.
• Set up trays quickly and neatly according to posted menu at food stations on central tray line.
• Place foods, condiments, serving containers, dishes, silverware, etc., on trays.
• Deliver cart with food trays to resident areas and assist with tray distribution.
• Return food carts from resident areas to the dishwashing area and wash soiled dishware.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform requirements.
