Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and follow recipes and safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Understand and follow food safety, GMP, allergen, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
• Read and follow production recipes and specifications.
• Follow FIFO procedures and document lot numbers and production information.
• Clean and refill ingredient bins and ensure correct labeling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and assist other departments as needed.
• Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
