Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a Floor Technician for an evening, full-time role in Lafayette, IN. The position requires 18+ years old applicants with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Training is provided; evenings only with open availability after 5:00pm. Experience preferred but not required. The role involves operating floor cleaning equipment, following cleaning schedules, and reporting tasks daily, weekly, and monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Floor Technician.
• Knowledge of proper floor cleaning procedures and floor machines.
• Organization and implementation skills; ability to follow cleaning schedules and periodic work.
• Managing and tracking tasks; daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Operate walk-behind floor scrubber and ride-on scrubber.
• Operate various vacuum cleaners as needed.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep per schedules.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies as required.
• Willingness to train and learn as needed.

Monday-Friday

Evenings only!

Experienced inquires only.

Our organization is seeking qualified individuals to fill a Floor Technician positions.

Responsibilities will be (but not limited to) the following:

• Candidates with experience as a Floor Technician
• Candidate with working knowledge of proper floor cleaning procedures and a knowledge of floor machines necessary to perform assigned tasks.
• Organization and Implementation skills are a must, ability to follow assigned cleaning schedules and periodical work.
• Managing and tracking of tasks performed, in addition reports need to be completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Mechanically inclined
• Job duties may include but are not limited to operating a walk behind floor scrubber, operating a riding floor scrubber, and daily maintenance of scrubber.
• Operation of various vacuum cleaners
• Experience helpful, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years old
• All Applicants must have their own reliable transportation
• A valid drivers license is required for this position
• Car Insurance required
• Hours Vary. This position requires open availability after 5:00pm
