Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking Flex Workers for a PRN, as-needed warehouse role with a flexible schedule. The position involves receiving, storing, and shipping products, with a shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm on Mondays and additional hours up to 29 per week.

Training is provided and safety standards apply. You will perform picking, packing, quality checks, and order preparation, with opportunities to train on material handling equipment and cross-train in multiple areas.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required.
• Fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• All training provided on first day.

Responsibilities

• Able and willing to work in refer 36°F-42°F for up to 8 hours or longer
• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider)
