Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking Flex Workers for a PRN, as-needed schedule. You will work up to 29 hours per week at $20.00–$20.60 per hour, primarily evenings. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Training is provided on day one, with cross-training across warehouse areas. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment if required.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a 36°F-42°F environment for up to 8 hours or longer.
• Follow established process to fulfill orders.
• Accurately pick products, perform quality checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
• Equipment in facility includes cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.

Responsibilities
