Job summary

Cardinal Health in Northern Kentucky is seeking Flex Workers for PRN warehouse roles. The position offers a flexible schedule, with a minimum of one day per week and shifts not exceeding 29 hours weekly. Friday 3:30pm to 11:30pm (or until tasks are completed) is a core part of the schedule.

Remaining days are chosen based on available shifts. No extensive warehouse experience is required; training is provided on day one.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Training provided starting your first day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with technologies like computers or POS systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to be trained and certified to drive material handling equipment.
