Job summary

Auberge Collection’s Lodge at Blue Sky in Park City, Utah seeks a dedicated server for our fine dining venues. You will provide courteous, professional service, manage multiple tables, and contribute to a flawless guest experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications include extended fine dining experience, English fluency, current alcohol certification, and training in wine, liquor, and guest relations. Competitive environment with strong standards and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Extended experience providing service in a fine dining environment.
• Ability to remain calm during busy periods and treat guests with respect.
• Professional, polished service and etiquette skills.
• English communication with guests, management and co-workers.
• Current Alcohol serving certification.
• Certification of liquor, wine and food service training.
• Any prior serving and bartending training.
• Forbes Five Star Service Training/Experience.
• Prior training in guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders.
• Retrieve and serve orders to guest tables.
• Manage multiple tables, host stand, bussing, and prep work.
• Enter orders in POS, close tickets, and collect payments.
• Maintain restaurant area and equipment cleanliness.
• Work with F&B and Culinary teams for timely service.
• Adhere to ARC policies and SOPs.
• Know hotel services to answer guest questions.
• Follow safety policies and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support training and development activities.
