Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Final Test Technician to verify hardware and software function at the end of the manufacturing process. You will conduct functional and stress tests, document results, and ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.

As part of the Operations team, you will troubleshoot issues, set up test equipment, and collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability and reliability.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma plus two or more years of hands-on electronics experience.
• IPC certification is preferred.
• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functionality and system stress testing on hardware and software at the end of manufacturing.
• Execute comprehensive test procedures to verify product performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot any hardware or software issues.
• Set up and maintain test equipment/assets to ensure units meet quality standards before shipment.
• Accurately analyze and document test results, observations, and anomalies.
• Provide feedback to design teams based on testing outcomes and manufacturability.
