Crystal Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Final Test Technician to verify hardware and software at the end of manufacturing. The role ensures products meet quality standards before shipment and involves hands-on testing, diagnostics, and documenting results.

Responsibilities include setting up test equipment, performing thorough tests, and providing feedback to design teams. Requires electronics experience and IPC-related credentials; on-site work with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Must be US Person (US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, or protected status).
• GED or High School Diploma required; two or more years of hands-on electronics experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform functionality testing and system stress testing on hardware and software at the end of the manufacturing process.
• Execute comprehensive test procedures to verify product performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot any hardware or software issues.
• Set up and maintain test equipment/assets to ensure each unit meets quality standards.
• Accurately analyze and document test results, observations, and anomalies.
• Support product development by providing feedback to design teams based on manufacturability and testing outcomes.
