Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Final Test Technician to verify hardware and software at the end of manufacturing. You will run comprehensive tests, document results, and troubleshoot issues to ensure products meet quality standards before shipment.

This full-time on-site role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently on a fixed schedule (Mon-Thu 3:00 PM–1:00 AM), and collaboration with design and production teams. ESOP benefits included.

Qualifications

• Identifies common test failures, performs basic diagnostics, and communicates findings clearly.
• Can interpret basic wiring diagrams, test procedures, and technical documentation to perform tasks correctly.
• Comfortable using test software, Microsoft Excel, and internal systems for tracking and documentation.
• Shares test results, issues, and updates with team members and engineers clearly and professionally.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently to meet daily schedules.
• Accurately records test results, logs defects, and completes reports as required.
• Ensures accuracy in test setups, data entry, and following procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to perform simple voltage, continuity, and resistance checks using standard equipment.

• ensuring each unit meets quality and reliability standards before shipment.
• Accurately Analyze and document test results, observations, and anomalies.
• Support product Development by providing feedback to design teams based on manufacturability and testing outcomes.
