Open Door Mission is seeking a dedicated Evening Family Support Worker to join their team in Omaha, NE. The role offers the opportunity to provide direct guest services and support case managers in helping women and families in need of shelter and recovery programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a visible relationship with Christ, strong communication skills, and experience working with those in crisis. This full-time position includes evening shifts and a rewarding experience in a Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Visible relationship with Christ and regular church attendance.
• Ability to share the gospel as opportunities arise.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Experience in human services or ministry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the house and meet needs of guests.
• Perform intakes for new guests accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain accurate documentation on guests.
• Exemplify Jesus Christ and share the gospel.
