• Proficient with Google G-suite and general computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to Lydia House emergency services guests.
• Develop job-related relationships with individuals and agencies.
• Connect guests to applicable agencies and programs.
• Set goals with guests and hold them accountable.
• Provide emergency crisis counseling and de‑escalation.
