Open Door Mission in Omaha seeks a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to train, direct, and encourage volunteers across our six-city campus. This role supports scheduling, reporting, and onboarding while reflecting the mission's Christ-centered focus.
You will engage groups and individuals with warmth, build relationships, and share the Gospel when appropriate, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring meaningful service opportunities for all volunteers.

A Volunteer Coordinator at Open Door Mission provides training, works alongside, and directs volunteers on our six-city block campus, as well as providing administrative support where necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for an active people person with the ability to make others feel welcomed and appreciated.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00
Schedule: Full Time position with evening and weekend work expected.
Location: Omaha Campus. May be called on to assist in our Council Bluffs or Elkhorn locations.
