Job summary

Netpace Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I to support TPM/RCM programs on the 3rd shift, 9 PM to 5:30 AM, for a 4+ month assignment.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, read blueprints, update work orders, and ensure GMP/safety compliance while collaborating with a cross-functional team to keep production lines running efficiently.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance technician role.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office and Teams are a plus.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of valves, valve actuators, gaskets and HTST process is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive maintenance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions in support of TPM and RCM programs.
• Accurately complete work order documents and summary reports.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance areas.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies for maintenance processes.
• Enter data and execute transactions using Safeway computer applications.
• Comply with government regulations and GMPs.
• Recognize customers and manage internal/external relationships.
• Perform other assigned duties.
