Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Independent Contractors and communicate client priorities.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager for immediate attention issues.
• Manage inspections and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and proper use of cleaning tools.
