Job summary

Modern Maintenance Building Services is seeking a Full-Time Fill-in General Cleaner for the Office Building in the downtown Milwaukee area, nights 5:30pm-1:30am. You will work independently and support a team as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, and maintaining supplies. Experience is a plus but not required; training is provided. This role offers benefits including medical insurance, paid vacation, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Fill-in general cleaner for office building in downtown Milwaukee, nights 5:30pm–1:30am.
• Cleaner must work independently; experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Empty wastebaskets and recyclables; transport to disposal area.
• Sweep and mop hard floors.
• Clean glass areas.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors.
• Restrooms upkeep and supplies stocking.
• Polish metal fixtures.
• Follow safety standards.
