Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of journey-level crafts experience with one year in a lead/supervisory capacity.
• Completion of an applicable apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Experience documenting and prioritizing maintenance deficiencies and coordinating with trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening maintenance and direct evening shift staff across multiple trades.
• Monitor progress, safety, and compliance; maintain labor and material records.
• Coordinate plans, schedules, estimates, and material needs for projects and maintenance.
• Provide input on employee performance and on-the-job training.
