Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Arlington, VA to perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance for facilities. Shift is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM; ability to work weekends is required. Pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience, with strong emphasis on customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems.
• Must be available to work all shifts and on call 24/7.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and climbing ladders up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Inspections of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems as required.
• Interface with building manager and customer representatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Document system status as directed by supervisor.
