The Donohoe Companies, Inc.'s CBS unit is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform operations, repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in our Arlington facilities. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and a 40-hour week, with compensation in the $23–$26 per hour range depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work all shifts.
• Must be available to be on call 24/7.
• Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations, repairs and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair simple system problems as required.
• Interface with building manager and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Commit to safety, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
