Qualifications

• Must be available to work all shifts and be on call 24/7.
• Able to lift sixty (60) pounds and ascend ladders up to thirty (30) feet.
• Prior hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems as assigned.
