Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Fabricating Supervisor to lead finishing operations, including folding, gluing, waxing, stripping, and bundling. You will supervise machinery and personnel on the assigned shift, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient up-time.

The role requires strong organization, supervision, and a working knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes, plus experience with shop floor software and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college or manufacturing training preferred.
• Experience with corrugated manufacturing and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift work orders with Production Manager and Shift Supervisor to maintain even workflow.
• Schedule and supervise activities, approve time records, and communicate company policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Provide training on equipment, protocols, production standards and waste control.
• Analyze fabricating performance and implement process/equipment improvements.
