Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift work orders with the Production Manager and Shift Supervisor to plan and manage work flow.
• Schedule work, oversee employees, approve time records, and communicate policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and injury-free work environment by enforcing health and safety procedures.
• Conduct employee training on equipment, protocols, production standards and safety regulations.
• Analyze fabricating performance and identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements.
• Verify quality of jobs and address customer complaints regarding finishing quality.
