Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Fabricating Supervisor to oversee finishing operations, including folding, gluing, waxing, stripping and bundling. You’ll plan shift work, supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across the fabricating department.

Responsibilities include training, enforcing policy, reviewing performance data, and coordinating with Production and Shift Supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years' corrugated manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift work orders with Production Manager and Shift Supervisor.
• Oversee finishing activities on the assigned shift for quality and safety.
• Train employees on equipment, protocols, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce procedures.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and communicate results.
• Participate in production meetings and handle stakeholder updates.
• Investigate customer complaints about finishing quality.
