DoubleTree by Hilton is seeking an afternoon/evening Event Coordinator to join the Food and Beverage team in Bloomington, IL. You will maximize guest satisfaction by coordinating event functions and delivering friendly, professional service in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating F&B setup with staff, generating client bills, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with Tentac Enterprises expectations and safety guidelines. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings or conferences in hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee catering/banquet events with Sales & Catering.
• Prepare client bills, staff schedules, and supply orders.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Direct setup, service staff, and event flow for functions.
• Maintain high levels of sanitation and organization in F&B areas.
