Job summary

Remington Hospitality in Bloomington, IN is seeking a friendly Attendant to join our food service team. The role supports fine dining, banquets, and catering events, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

You will greet guests, assist kitchen staff, help with setup and breakdown of events, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary aide responsibilities and food prep techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Interest in fine dining experiences and catering services is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to established standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and responding to their needs promptly.
• Support the dietary aide team in maintaining cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed diligently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during busy service periods.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet events, ensuring all items are properly arranged.
• Help maintain inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
