The Bartolotta Restaurants are seeking a Catering Bartender to pour wine, beer, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages for catered events. You will manage stock, assist guests, and ensure the bar runs smoothly as evening shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drink preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down beverage stations for catered events.
• Receive drink orders from guests.
• Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks.
• Take and process payments as necessary.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure bar supplies are stocked.
• Maintain clean and organized bar spaces.
• Display bar products attractively.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age with photo IDs.
• Refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons.
• Communicate effectively with guests and managers.
