The Bartolotta Restaurants in Wisconsin is seeking Banquet Bartenders who bring energy and style to our events, crafting wine, beer, and cocktails to set the tone for memorable occasions. This fast-paced role offers great pay, mostly evening shifts, and a chance to be part of memorable celebrations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of drink preparation and service.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and presentation skills with focus on service customers.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly and argumentative patrons.

Responsabilités

• Daily setup and breakdown of beverage products for catered events.
• Receive drink orders from guests.
• Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.
• Take and process payments as necessary.
• Ensure garnishes and ingredients are prepared before bar opening.
• Maintain clean and organized bar spaces.
• Attractively display bar products, glasses, and bottles.
• Check photo IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons when needed.
• Communicate with guests and managers to handle last-minute requests.
