Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in catering or events.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Valid bartending license or certification (TIPS) as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to event specifications.
• Set up bar stations with supplies and equipment.
• Interact professionally with guests and provide excellent service.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area during events.
• Verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Manage credit transactions accurately when applicable.
