Job summary

The Anxiety Center seeks a licensed therapist to join its Evening Intensive Outpatient Program, focusing on OCD and anxiety. The role centers on ERP and exposure-based CBT within an IOP, without a traditional outpatient caseload.

You will lead evening IOP groups, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized exposure plans while ensuring progress notes and safety are maintained. Ohio licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Independent Ohio clinical licensure is required.
• Experience providing psychotherapy.
• Strong interest in evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety.
• Ability to facilitate therapeutic groups.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate evening IOP groups for OCD and anxiety disorders.
• Deliver CBT and ERP-based interventions.
• Support ERP exercises and individualized exposure practices.
• Identify patterns maintaining anxiety (avoidance, compulsions, reassurance).
• Provide psychoeducation on OCD, anxiety cycles, and exposure principles.
• Collaborate with IOP treatment team on goals and planning.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and risk/safety monitoring.
• Communicate with other providers involved in care.
