Job summary

The OCD Anxiety Centers California LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a licensed master's level clinician to deliver ERP-focused treatment within our intensive outpatient program, lead groups, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for adults with OCD and anxiety disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in behavioral health field.
• Active license or associate license in good standing where required by state.
• Experience with OCD, anxiety, ERP, CBT, and intensive outpatient treatment preferred.
• Ability to complete required documentation, risk assessment, and treatment planning within timelines.
• Company foundational training and role-specific training completed within assigned timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including groups, individual sessions, and family work.
• Create and implement exposure lists and response-prevention plans aligned with client goals and diagnoses.
• Lead exposure-focused groups and skills groups.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, risk documentation, and discharge documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with BHTs, supervisors, admissions, and families to support client progress.
• Monitor engagement, attendance, homework completion, safety, and avoidance strategies.
• Escalate deterioration, suicidality, safety concerns, or family conflicts per protocol.
• Participate in treatment-team meetings, case consultations, supervision, audits, and professional development.
• Maintain boundaries, confidentiality, ethics, and compliance with licensure and payer requirements.
