Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Licensed Therapist committed to advancing mental health treatment. The role emphasizes providing therapeutic support and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You will work collaboratively with treatment teams to engage clients effectively, especially in evening hours.

Ideal candidates possess a Master’s degree or higher in social work or related fields, along with valid state licensure. Experience in OCD and anxiety treatment is preferred, complementing our evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with current and unrestricted state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mental health position preferred.
• Experience with OCD and anxiety treatment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Validate and motivate clients through clinical interactions.
• Collaborate actively with the treatment team and direct manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation like progress notes for client caseload.
