The Anxiety Center in Cincinnati seeks a licensed therapist to join its evening Intensive Outpatient Program, specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. This part-time, in-person role focuses on ERP and exposure-based treatments without a traditional outpatient caseload.

You will lead evening IOP groups, deliver CBT/ERP, provide psychoeducation, and collaborate with the IOP team to set individualized goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Required: licensed therapist with Ohio licensure and psychotherapy experience.
• Strong interest in OCD and anxiety treatment with exposure-based approaches.
• Ability to facilitate therapeutic groups and maintain documentation.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate evening IOP groups for OCD and anxiety disorders.
