Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field; licensure in Washington state required.
• Experience with OCD, anxiety, ERP, CBT, DBT preferred.
• Ability to complete documentation, risk assessments, and treatment planning within required timelines.
• Must pass background checks and meet licensing/regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct clinical services including groups, individual sessions, family work, and exposure coaching.
• Create/update exposure lists and response-prevention plans aligned with client goals.
• Lead ERP-focused groups and ensure client engagement and progress.
• Coordinate with BHTs, supervisors, and families to support progress and safety.
• Escalate deterioration, suicidality, safety concerns, or major family conflicts per protocol.
