The Anxiety Center seeks a licensed therapist to join its Evening Intensive Outpatient Program, focusing on OCD and anxiety. The role centers on ERP and exposure-based CBT within an IOP, without a traditional outpatient caseload.
You will lead evening IOP groups, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and develop individualized exposure plans while ensuring progress notes and safety are maintained. Ohio licensure is required.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, in person
Employment Type: Part-time/1099 Position
The Anxiety Center provides evidence-based care for anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, emotional dysregulation, and related conditions. We offer outpatient, intensive outpatient, and interventional psychiatric services designed to match patients with the right treatment, clinician, and level of care.
Our clinical model emphasizes treatment fidelity, measurable outcomes, interdisciplinary collaboration, and active, skills-based care. We also believe clinicians should be able to focus their time on clinical work. Our therapists are supported by dedicated administrative, case-management, and operational teams that reduce the nonclinical burden associated with delivering intensive services.
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. This is a part-time clinical role designed for a therapist who enjoys working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, and related disorders and is interested in providing structured, evidence-based treatment without maintaining a traditional outpatient caseload.
The therapist will primarily lead evening IOP programming, with an emphasis on exposure-based interventions, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). The clinician will work collaboratively with the IOP treatment team to help patients understand and confront anxiety-provoking situations while reducing avoidance, compulsions, reassurance seeking, and other maintaining behaviors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about OCD and anxiety treatment and wants to develop or deepen their expertise in ERP and exposure-based care within a supportive, collaborative program.
We are particularly interested in clinicians who have experience or strong interest in OCD and anxiety treatment and exposure-based interventions.
