Atrium Health Lake Norman in Cornelius is hiring a full-time Environmental Services Technician to maintain clean, safe patient and staff areas. The position runs first shift 0700-1530, with a 40-hour week and pay range $18.85-$28.30 per hour.

Formación

• Preferred: High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred: One year experience
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
• Can operate equipment
• Can establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers

Responsabilidades

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sanitizing, washing and refinishing surfaces
• Washes windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures; sweeps and vacuums; shampoos carpet
• Restocks restrooms; replaces light bulbs; reports repairs
• Assists with outdoor cleaning; handles waste, linen, trash and sharps containers
• Keeps equipment clean, reports equipment failures; maintains safe work environment and adheres to infection control guidelines
• Participates in required in-service training to maintain technical knowledge and meets schedules and deadlines
