Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain it in safe working order.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Replenish expendable supplies like soap and towels.
• Follow universal precautions and PPE guidelines in patient care areas.
• Report safety hazards and necessary repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
