Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Environmental Services Manager for the 2nd shift to oversee hospital support services. You will coordinate frontline associates, ensure clean, safe facilities, and act as a liaison between administration and departments.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, recruit staff, and implement standards. Bachelor's degree preferred; benefits available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and annually review standards and procedures for all staff.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
