Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for the 2nd shift to lead frontline EVS teams in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate staffing, set standards, and partner with hospital administration to deliver high-quality environmental services.

The role requires supervisory experience in support services, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services or related field with supervision experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Strong planning and scheduling abilities to ensure adequate service.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, high-demand environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee frontline associates in EVS operations.
• Coordinate staffing and work areas to ensure service levels.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new staff.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping team.
• Conduct inspections and make improvement recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports on goals and progress.
• Provide ongoing staff education and training.
• Communicate with staff, admins, and other departments.
