Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for the 2nd shift to lead frontline associates and ensure high-quality support services within a healthcare facility.

The role involves coordinating staffing, supervising housekeeping staff, and interfacing with administration and other departments to maintain clean, safe, and efficient operations. A focus on standards, training, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact service role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and stay organized in a changing environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish standards and annual work procedures for staff.
• Plan staffing and work areas to ensure adequate service levels.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Orient and develop supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Perform regular inspections and recommend facility improvements.
• Report goals, accomplishments, and plans monthly.
• Provide ongoing staff education and training.
• Coordinate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Manage outside services (e.g., pest control, window cleaning, waste handling).
