Job summary

BSN SPORTS in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to set up, run, and maintain single- or multi-head embroidery machines. You will produce decorative designs on athletic apparel, monitor quality, and coordinate with design and production teams to meet specs and deadlines.

You should be familiar with embroidery equipment and software, able to troubleshoot issues, and read English instructions. HS diploma or GED required; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with embroidery machines and software.
• Ability to read English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up embroidery machines for production, including threading and loading designs.
• Import and manipulate embroidery designs to fit fabrics and sizes.
• Monitor stitching for quality and defects.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
• Track production schedules and material inventory.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to meet specs and deadlines.
