Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking an Embroidery Operator for our Indianapolis facility. You will load designs, position placements, hoop, thread, and produce quality finished products on Tajima embroidery machines.

The role requires high energy, attention to detail, and strong teamwork to meet daily schedules. You will work Monday–Friday with mandatory overtime including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High energy and leadership aptitude.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a structured, process-oriented environment.
• Able to multi-task and solve problems.
• Willingness to work seasonal mandatory overtime, including weekends as needed.
• Read and comprehend English documents for job duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery; no prior machine experience required.
• Collaborate with area supervisor to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Execute the daily production schedule including pre- and post-production tasks.
• Inspect all products for order accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
