Job summary

• Electronics manufacturing experience required and IPC soldering capability.
• Mentor and support junior team members in quality-focused work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read engineering docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly, soldering, rework, and inspection per drawings and specs.
• Build products as directed, following quality standards and customer requirements.
• Mentor Assembler 1/2 team members and share process knowledge.
• Maintain records of work, inspections, and deviations; support Lean/6S.
• Collaborate to improve processes and communicate quality concerns.
