Responsibilities

• Maintain tray packers and ensure proper operations.
• Maintain video jet: clean, ensure liquid, and legible coding/print.
• Monitor shrink-wrap machine and add film as required.
• Fill in for other packaging operators during breaks/vacations.
• Set up equipment and materials for production runs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, productive work area.
• Follow GMPs and report safety/quality concerns.
• Perform sanitation procedures per food safety standards.
• Navigate tablets to conduct quality and performance checks.
• Calculate ingredient proportions and amounts for mixes.
