Edward Elmhurst Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department Evening shift at Edward Hospital in Naperville. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with evenings from 1:00pm to 1:00am, plus every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Ideal candidates have an Associate or higher in Nursing, with 1+ year ED experience and IL RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS readiness. The position provides competitive hourly pay ($36.00–$55.80) and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the ED.
• Active IL RN license; CPR certification.
• ACLS within 3 months of start date; PALS within 3 months; NIHSS within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patients, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care; monitor progress and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate tasks; work as part of the ED team to meet unit goals.
