Endeavor Health is recruiting an Emergency Department Registered Nurse for evening shifts at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. The role is full-time (36 hrs/week) with hours 3:00pm-3:00am and rotating weekends/holidays.

Minimum requirements include an ADN or better with BSN within five years, IL RN licensure, and CPR. ACLS/PALS/NIHSS must be completed within set timelines. The position offers premium and incentive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN, must obtain BSN within five years of start date.
• Requires 1+ years’ experience in the emergency department.
• Current IL RN licensure; CPR, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care per the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Assess patients’ condition, monitor progress, and document observations.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and collaborate with the care team.
