The Arc of Ocean County is seeking Full-Time Evening Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build confidence, skills, and independence. You'll work in residential homes, support daily routines, and foster personal choice in a supportive, inclusive environment.

No prior human services experience is required. Paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities for advancement, including leadership roles, are offered.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five points.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential group homes and supervised living.
• Support daily routines, meals, personal care, and evening activities.
• Encourage participation in everyday tasks to foster independence.
• Promote safe, respectful, home-like environments and community involvement.
• Maintain documentation and follow agency policies and safety practices.
